Easy S'mores Bars

1 1/2 cups whole grain flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

2 Tbsp almond butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 egg

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup milk of your choice

4.5oz bag of SMASHMALLOW flavor of your choice

Handful of chocolate chips or chunks of your choice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8" baking pan.

Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except mallows and chocolate chunks.

Step 3
Press mixture into the 8x8" pan (may only fill 3/4 of the pan) and bake for 25 minutes.

Step 4
Remove from oven and top with SMASHMALLOW and chocolate chunks. Return to oven for another 10 minutes.

Step 5
Once cooled, break or cut into pieces and enjoy!
