Homemade Graham Crackers

INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax + 3 Tbsp warm water) or 1 egg

1 tsp molasses

2 Tbsp honey

1/4-1/2 cup milk of your choice (we used oat milk)

For s'mores:

4.5oz bag of SMASHMALLOW flavor of your choice

Chocolate bar of your choice


DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients until evenly mixed.

Step 3
Add wet ingredients and stir until mixture forms a clump.

Step 4
Flour a flat surface and knead dough until it reaches a rollable texture. If dough is too dry, add extra oil or milk as needed. 

Step 5
Using a rolling pin, roll dough into a ~1/4 inch thick sheet. Cut into rectangles in your desired size using a knife.

Step 6
Use a spatula to move the rectangles onto a cookie sheet. Poke holes in each rectangle with a fork.

Step 7
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, then turn off oven and leave the crackers in an additional 10 minutes to dry out.

Use with your favorite SMASHMALLOW flavor and chocolate to make irresistibly ooey gooey s'mores. Enjoy!
