Oatmeal Date Marshmallow Bar

1 Coconut Oat Cup from @mylklabs or 1/2 cup of rolled oats

1 Tbsp @justdatesyrup or date syrup of your choice

2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

3 Tbsp butter, melted

1/2 cup @kweenandco Granola Butter or nut butter of your choice

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries

1 1/2 cup SMASHMALLOW Toasted Vanilla Marshmallows

Step 1
Pulverize @mylklabs Coconut Oat Cup, then add date syrup, and melted coconut oil.

Step 2
Press this mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish and set aside to freeze.

Step 3
Next, melt the Toasted Vanilla marshmallows with butter and pour over the cold oat crust.

Step 4
Then, top the mallow mixture with crushed freeze dried strawberries (or berries of your choice). Then, place back into the fridge for an hour.

Step 5
Take out of the fridge and drizzle generously with granola butter. Enjoy!
