S'mores Blondies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free or regular)

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup oil of your choice

1 egg

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 bag (4.5oz) SMASHMALLOW flavor of your choice

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray or line a 8"x8" square baking dish.

Step 2
Whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. 

Step 3
Whisk together almond milk, oil, and egg in a small bowl.

Step 4
Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined.

Step 5
Stir in chocolate chips, then pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

Step 6
Top with SMASHMALLOW pieces and extra chocolate chips. then bake for 23 minutes. Let cool before cutting!

Step 7
Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting, and enjoy!
