INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup grass fed butter, softened
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1-1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mini white chocolate chips
4.5oz bag of SMASHMALLOW flavor of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Cream together the coconut sugar and butter.
Step 2
Add the vanilla and egg and mix until combined.
Step 3
Add the flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Step 4
Stir in the white chocolate chips and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 5
Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, top each cookie with a marshmallow, and bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before eating, and enjoy!
